Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.
Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
